Support Art Files

• Illustrator eps (all text converted into outlines)

• All artwork should be CMYK or RGB at 300 dpi (no exceptions)

Be Sure to...

• Provide 1/8" bleed on all edges
• Allow 1/8" safety margin
• Avoid borders along edges
• Create 4 color art in CMYK
• Specify PMS colors (if 2 color)
• Scan resolutions 300-400 dpi @100% and save as eps, not tiff
• Avoid Transparencies in Adobe Illustrator
• Avoid Type features in QuarkXpress

Proofs

Sign off Proofs will be provided within 1-3 working days, assuming that all artwork is editable and in the proper format.

PMS Color Matches

Promotional Cards are printed in 4-color process. PMS matches are available upon request. Extra charges may apply.

Production

Production's estimated delivery time is 10-14 working days. Production will begin once final sign off on artwork is provided, along with 50% deposit. Cards are shipped in bulk packed in sleeves of 500 or 1000, and are shipped FED-EX Express Saver (3-day) unless prior arrangements have been made. Extra charges may apply.
